How long does it take to process orders?

Orders will normally be despatched within 2-3 days of receipt. If there’s any problems with your order (stock availability etc) we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

What are the delivery costs & timescales within Australia?

Parcel Post is a flat rate of $9.50 per order. Delivery: after despatch Australia Post estimate delivery of 5 – 7 working (or business) days for metropolitan areas but this can often takes less time. If your address is in a non metropolitan area, Australia Post may take longer.

Express Post is a flat rate of $12.50 per order. Delivery: after despatch Australia Post estimate delivery will take 1 – 2 working (or business) days.

What are the International delivery costs & timescales?

The cost for international orders is a flat rate of $20.00 per order. We use the Pack & Track International service from Australia Post. It’s a reliable service that is trackable and delivery will generally take 3 to 8 business days. For more information you can visit the Australia Post Pack & Track International page.
